I am a public policy and management graduate interested in how institutions and organisations respond to complex social challenges.

My experience combines policy research, project and programme coordination, organisational development and international education.

Currently Bocconi University · Milan International Relations mobility

My interests cross different policy areas, but return to a common question: how can public institutions and organisations work better?

Migration framing in the Polish Parliament

A quantitative study of how migration was framed in Polish parliamentary debate between 2019 and 2025. I analysed 237 parliamentary speeches across different migration contexts, examining how humanitarian, security and economic frames varied with external events, political affiliation and the perceived cultural proximity of migrant groups.

04 · About

How can public institutions
and organisations work better?

My interests are broad, but they tend to return to the same question: how can public institutions and organisations work better?

I studied management and complex social issues at Tilburg University before specialising in international public management and policy at Erasmus University Rotterdam. Alongside my studies, I have worked on projects spanning humanitarian action, education, organisational governance and public policy.

I enjoy moving between research and practice — understanding a policy problem, working with people around it, and figuring out how ideas can be translated into organisations, programmes and decisions.
